Bancomer Construction & Development was established 28 years ago in Los Angeles, California by Alvaro Banegas and is a division of City Terrace, LLC, Lizola Investments, Inc. and Paramount Villas, LLC. The majority of Bancomer’s portfolio is comprised of housing developments in the unincorporated area of E. Los Angeles, NE. Los Angeles, SE. Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.  

Primary responsibilities include acquisitions, project conceptual design, financing and management. With a strong focus in largely under-served urban communities, Bancomer has seen countless projects through the development and construction phases.
